Yevhen Velikanov is well-known expert in the field of e-commerce and financial technologies. Since 2011 he is the CEO of the online payment service iPay.ua. Under his leadership the company has increased its turnover by more than 13000%, the first on the Ukrainian market launched a card-to-card online transfer service, one of the first to launch a digital wallet masterpass by MasterCard and the first on the continent to launch CyberSource anti-fraud system CyberSource by Visa, the first in Ukraine to launch a card-to-card instant transfers from Europe to Ukraine. In 2019 he was included in the rating of TOP-25 FinTech managers of Ukraine for the years of Independence.
